      The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued Memorandum Circular No. 5 Series of 2023 on April 25, 2023. In this circular, the SEC Rules and Regulations of the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act of 2022 were outlined for compliance by all financial service providers, such as Loan Star Lending Group Corp. (LSLGC).<\/p>\n

      This shall serve as notice that Loan Star Lending Group Corp. ensures that appropriate mechanisms are in place to protect the interest of its consumers (the \u201cBorrowers\u201d) of our lending products and services under the conditions of transparency, fair and sound market conduct, reasonable, and adequate handling of financial consumer disputes, which are aligned with global best practices. These mechanisms reinforce the financial consumers\u2019 confidence in the financial market and foster the stability of the Philippine financing and lending system. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and efficiently. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a complaint.<\/p>\n
